June. Aleksandra Pavlovna Petrova was conferred the title "Honorary Citizen of Pushkin Town". A.P. Petrova was working in the health administration of Pushkin Town for more then 50 years, took part in the after-war formation of medical care of the town citizens since 1947; during 16 years Petrova was working as the head physician of the hospital No. 38, she was elected a deputy of the Pushkin District Soviet of ten convocations. Yury Aleksandrovich Semyenov, a native of Detskoye Selo, was conferred the title "Honorary Citizen of Pushkin Town". Captain Yu.A. Semyenov was a participant of the Pushkin Town defence and a partisan of the the Pushkin district detachment; during 14 years he was the Chairman of the district DOSAAF after his retiring, in the 1990s Semyenov was the Chairman of the District Council of Veterans.
